This is a metal building addition and renovation that will have a lounge area, kitchen, dining, gym, and spa bathroom with lockers. The clients needed more space for entertaining family and friends, as well as, working out. They wanted the space to feel industrial, yet comfortable.

The large barn door entry created an opportunity to highlight the kitchen. The hood is directly in front of the door which is centered on the wall of the main building. Monkey bars serve as a transition space between the kitchen and gym, and provide plenty of entertainment whenever guests want to have a friendly competition.
