This family needed their new living room to function better, with 3 points of entry and a walk-way through the center of the room. They didn’t want their sofa to feel tucked into the corner, and needed as much seating as we could give them. While we wanted this room to feel fresh and bright, we also wanted it to have a little color. The client said one of the best things I’ve ever heard, “Blues look best with my skin tone so I would love to be able to take photos on the sofa with the kids and look my best.” I mean, why aren’t we ALL doing this!? We kept her larger sectional as a neutral and did a navy sofa to compliment it. We also used a triptych art and wall sconces to fill the large wall space above the main sofa. This room is so comfy and welcoming, now!
